If your Nether Portal is hit for a second time by a Ghast, it will relight it, so try and get a Ghast to attack you while you're standing by your Portal. If you brought one with you, that's the easy way! Ghast Fireball If it does happen, there are several ways to relight your Portal and get home. Better manage your group and your campaign, and have a better game. It's a good idea to build a house around your Portal to stop this from happening. Obsidian Portal enables you to create campaign websites for tabletop roleplaying games. If you are in the Nether, be aware that the explosion from a Ghat's fireball can put your portal out. Using 10 (or 14) pieces of Redstone, one lava bucket and one water bucket you can build a nether portal using the method described in detail on the obsidian page. Using 10 (or 14) buckets of lava and one bucket of water you can build a portal by placing the lava buckets where you want the obsidian to go (using dirt or sand as a mold) and pouring water on to "set" the lava into obsidian. Nether portals can be built without the use of a diamond or netherite pickaxe to mine obsidian by placing lava in a mold of other blocks and then pouring water over it to turn it into obsidian. Building a PortalĪ portal requires 10 or 14 blocks of obsidian to build. They consist of an obsidian frame, with a 2x3 space in the middle.
